Arnaldo Gorziglia leads the Corporate Practice at Arteaga Gorziglia & Compañía. He concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate restructuring and capital markets. His latest transactions include infrastructures project finance in the toll roads concession areas; mergers and acquisitions involving toll road's concessionaires, oil and gas companies; and the development and financing of several industrial, infrastructure and natural resources projects.
Mr. Gorziglia has been involved in the representation of different clients and financial institutions in several cross-border arrangements, including syndicated loans and different kinds of joint venture and associations. Mr. Gorziglia has been member of the board of directors of public and private companies.
Prior to funding Arteaga Gorziglia & Compañía, Mr. Gorziglia worked at Morales, Noguera, Valdivieso & Besa for 12 years were he became partner in 2004. He practiced with Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, in New York (1998-1999) and with Bingham LL.P. in Boston in the summer of 1998.
Mr. Gorziglia is Professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad Católica Law School, Santiago since 1999. Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
