Ignacio Díaz is member of the Environmental and Regulatory Practice of Arteaga Gorziglia. He is specialized in Administrative Law, Environmental Law and Real State Law. His practice is focused on environmental litigation, project approvals under the environmental impact assessment system, with emphasis on the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.
Mr. Díaz worked in the Legal Department of the National Environmental Comission (“Comisión Nacional del Medio Ambiente) of the Valparaiso Region (2009). His degree thesis entitled “Régimen Jurídico Ambiental de Proyectos Hidroeléctricos”, will be publish by Editorial Librotecnia during the first semester of 2010.
He also participated as coordinator of the Fondecyt project “La aplicación del concepto de justicia ambiental en los instrumentos de gestión del espacio marino – costero”.
