Javier Cortés is part of the Corporate Department at Arteaga Gorziglia & Compañía. He focuses his practice in tax law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, antitrust and corporate legal counsel to national and foreign companies.
He worked at Carey y Cia. Ltda. in 2006, in the area of Antitrust and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Cortés is assistance professor in the course of Commercial Law at the Universidad Católica since 2006.

Universidad Católica Law School, Santiago, L.C.J.S., graduated in 2007.Admitted to the Chilean Bar (2009). Earned the Luis Gutierrez Alliende Prize as the best commercial law student in his class (2006).
