Luciano Cruz is part of the Corporate Practice at Arteaga Gorziglia & Compañía. He is specialized in commercial and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and antitrust. He has participated in IPOs, secondary offerings, bonds issuances and tender offers in Chile and in USA, project finance and corporate restructures.
Between 2001 and 2005, Mr. Cruz worked as an associate lawyer at Cariola Diez Pérez-Cotapos & Cía. Ltda, in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and antitrust. He worked in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton between 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Cruz is professor of Civil Law at the Universidad Católica Law School, where he has lectured Civil Law and Theory of the Law since 2001. He was awarded in 2001 by the Ministry of Justice for his outstanding pro-bono practice. Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
