Andrés Ossandón is the head of our Tax Law Practice. He specializes in tax advice to companies and individuals in matters of high complexity, especially in tax efficiency, planning and litigation. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Area of practice: Tax advice to Chilean and foreign companies, institutions and individuals. Tax planning of investment projects and company sales; tax efficiency; customs tax disputes, civil, commercial and corporate law.

Experience: In Arteaga Gorziglia since 2016. Deloitte Tax & Legal (2010 – 2016).

Academic background: Lawyer. Degree in Accounting and Taxation Law, FEN, Universidad de Chile (2012). Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduated in 2010.

Languages: Spanish and English.
