Cristián Carpentier heads our Project Finance, Restructuring and Capital Markets Practice Group. He acts as counsel for foreign and local companies in matters related to project finance, M&A, reorganization and restructuring agreements, issuance, and placement of  corporate bonds (local and cross-border), and commercial and financial transactions, especially in energy and infrastructure projects.

Practice: Commercial and corporate counselling for local and foreign companies.

Experience: In Arteaga Gorziglia since 2011. Visiting international attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, NY, USA (2017-2018).

Academic experience: Professor of Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s School of Law since 2015.

Academic background: Lawyer. Master of Laws (LL.M.), Harlan Stone Fiske Scholar from Columbia University, NY, USA (2016-2017). Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile graduated in 2011.
