María Fernanda Brahm heads our Litigation and Dispute Settlement Practice Area. She specializes in civil, commercial, tax, environmental and labor litigation, constitutional and contentious administrative proceedings, standing out for her expertise in energy, urban and environmental regulation.
Area of practice: Judicial, arbitral and administrative proceedings, constitutional actions and representation before specialized courts. Provides training workshops and legal counsel to national and international companies on antitrust, consumer protection, labor reform, and on Chile’s electric market and legislation matters.
Experience: Arteaga Gorziglia since July 2008.
Academic background: Lawyer. Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2008), with maximum distinction, (2008). She received the “Matrícula de Honor” award (2005) granted to the best student of the class, in addition to the “J. Tocornal” and “Pedro N. Montenegro” awards (2006) which are granted to the best graduated student of his or her class.
