Santiago Portaluppi belongs to the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Area. He specializes in public law, with emphases in energy, environment and regulated markets.

Area of practice: Investigation and legal counsel in public law and regulated markets. Administrative and contentious proceedings, litigation and dispute resolution, with broad experience in energy and other regulated markets.

Experience: Legal researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2015-2016). Legal Adviser in several research centers of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, including the Legislative Council of the university’s Law School (2015-2016) and the Center of Free Competition (2014-2016), amongst others. He was also the Legal Adviser of the Bioethics Committee of the Episcopal Conference in Chile (2015-2016). Lawyer at Pérez Videla Abogados (2016-2017). In Arteaga Gorziglia since 2017. Member of the Chilean Administrative Law Association.
