Santiago Portaluppi is a member of the Regulatory and Environmental Practice at Arteaga Gorziglia. He specializes in public law and contentious-administrative matters, with a focus on energy, gas, and other regulated markets, as well as urban planning and construction.

Practice: Investigation and legal counsel in public law and regulated markets. Administrative procedures of various nature and  high-complexity sectorial regulatory practice.

Experience: Legal researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2015-2016). Legal Adviser in several research centers of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, including the Legislative Council of the university’s Law School (2015-2016) and the Center of Free Competition (2014-2016), amongst others. He was also the Legal Adviser of the Bioethics Committee of the Episcopal Conference in Chile (2015-2016). Lawyer at Pérez Videla Abogados (2016-2017). In Arteaga Gorziglia since 2017. Member of the Chilean Administrative Law Association.

Academic experience: Professor assistant for numerous classes, including History of Law (2009-2011), Legal Institutions (2012) and International Public Law (2012-2013) at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
